Not only will you get a 1 hour intro call with us (yes, we are a real U.S. based agency), but the main difference between us and other "logo" services is that we create an entire brand guidelines for your clients, built using Figma. Of course on top of that, we take care of all file exports and provide open source font files for your client, so they can start using their brand right away, and you can continue using their brand on other collateral. In that sense, Logolaunch is basically a launch pad (pun intended) for you to retain and sell more to your clientele.
We’ll have our communication in one shared Asana project. In it, you’ll find everything you can expect from us and the things we’ll need from you. You can send direct messages and share feedback directly in the project—also, feel free to add anyone else from your team! Also, if you are the 2 or 3+ Brand Plans, you will get a dedicated Slack channel with us.
We don’t just provide logo files—we give you guidelines and brand examples to ensure your client's brand launches with high quality at every touchpoint, from web to product. Our carefully crafted strategy questions help us to create smarter, more scalable, and longer lasting brands for your clients.
Because we deliver a fully fledged brand guidelines, not only will you know how to implement their brand and provide them guidance, but they too will know how to use their brand across all business collateral. You'll have everything needed to continue building their brand, from marketing collateral to product design.
Yes! Shocking, we know. If you can provide your client's feedback within 24 hours, we’ll be able to get the final brand completed in that window of time. However, if you or your client need more time to gather feedback, or need to use the 2 revisions that will add to the timeline.
You pay 100% up-front to secure your spot. Your purchase will never expire and you can use it at any time.
Having created hundreds of successful brands, we’re confident you and your client will love it. But if it’s not just right, we can offer additional revisions (exceeding the already provided 2 revisions) at $2,000 each.
Once a project as started we do not offer refunds, but if you wish to cancel a project prior to starting we will refund you 50%. Due to the nature of our close partnership with your agency and the high quality work we guarantee, we don’t offer refunds.
Funny you should ask — we offer two plans to help agencies build out websites, with custom website copy and using proven practices pulled from top startups. Here’s the thing though... you can only access our Sitelaunch program if you're first a Logolaunch customer. Just let us know if you’re interested in this service when you start a Logolaunch project with us.
